Btw I’m very constipated today and dehydrated. But I’ve been feeling off for awhile with symptoms of ulcers. I was fine and not constipated for awhile actually. Then today I feel extra gross and I have a headache.

Only a doctor can verify of you have an ulcer. They have to do a test. Endoscopy.

I thought there was breathing tests that can detect ulcers.

Burning in the stomach. 1 particular spot. Cramps, bloating, nausea, fatigue, headaches sometimes. Atm I have a fever. I get full every time I eat. Not very long after I get hungry again. I know what the difference between acid burning and the burning I think is an ulcer. It’s hard to digest I count on laxatives all day. But I’m tired all the time it’s crazy

I had those symptoms at times and my gastroscopy came back clear with no ulcers a lot of those symptoms are constipation except the fever which could be a slight infection somewhere

I used to have a burning spot in the stomach too and the endoscopy came back clear...told me it was IBS lol. im fairly sure it was a developing ulcer as it's gone now

Maybe the burning could be gastritis. Headaches.. check Incase you have sinus infection. I have that and get headaches random too . Are you able to breathe fine ? When I had an ulcer I would get a sharp pain .. you should really see a gi doctor to do a scope . Eat a good diet.
