1) Change your diet

  • Don’teatany type ofmeat exceptfor some type of fishlike Cod fish. Meat is one of the hardest substance to digest.
  • Avoid fried food or junk food.
  • Don’t eat refinecarb such as white rice, white flour, corn, and wheat, because can cause Candida overgrowth. Go for brown rice, quinoa, amaranth, and buckwheat.
  • No caffeine, no sugar or no process food.
  • Avoid gassy food like bean, broccoli,legume, lentils, etc
  • Avoid any asthma medication because it weaken the LES splinter
  • Must go cold turkey on your western medication. If you go off from your western medication, you will experience a bad symptom at the start but for long period, your reflux will be much better when u go cold turkey on western medication. So avoid all type of western medication including anti acid, PPI, Prokinex, and H2 blocker. All these medicine only alleviate the symptom without curing the diseases.
  • eat soft food and chew it properly
  • No spicy food
  • No dairy product
  • Avoid egg white
  • Try to go for non-gluten food cause gluten cause inflammatory
  • Avoid yeast food like mushroom.
  • Drink a lot of water
  • Avoid alcohol or smoking
  • Avoid acidic food like oil and some acidic fruit. Keep in mind some fruit is acidic but it alkalise in your body such as lemon.
  • Try to only eat one fruit in a day.
  • Eat a lot of vegetables such as wheat/barley grass, spinach, kale, water cress, carrot, sprout, basil, lettuce (exp for the iceberg types), and etc.
  • Avoid any typesof MSG
  • Eat less estrogen types of food like tofu
  • Avoid calcium channel blocker
  • Eat Brazil nuts have abundant selenium.

2) Kill candida and parasites

  • Detox your body for two or three days by just drinking a lot of water , fruit such as apple, grapes, lemon, pear, mango; veggie such as asparagus, cucumber,green pepper, carrot, beet, spinach, celery, kelp, basil, parsley, fennel, onion, and sprout. Only detox your body once or twice in a year, too often will weaken your body systems.
  • take killing parasite supplement that contain: black walnut, olive oil or coconut oil or clove oil, wormwood, and garlic.
  • Take probiotic and drink ACV or Lemon juices
  • Take prebiotic food like onion, honey, and yogur.

3) Increase your immune system and digestive ability

  • Take digestive enzymes
  • Consume more vitamin and nutrient food
  • Take bitters
  • Increase omega 3 food consumption
  • Take carminativefood to prevent gas such as fennel

4) Detox your Kidney and liver, so youroverall organ body will function much better.


5) Have a better lifestyle

  • Don’t over eat
  • Don’t watch or multitask while u are eating
  • Sleep well (8 hours a day), if you can’t sleep well avoid eatingclose to bed time, drink chamomile tea, Long Gu tea, Mu li tea. Stop western medication because it deprives the sleeping hormones function.
  • Stress less
  • Regular exercise, but don’t over exercise cause if your body too tired, it creates stress.
  • Stand up more so less reflux
  • Don’t drink while u eating

6) Take supplement to increase your healing process

  • Apple cider vinegar = powerful cleanser and increase stomach acid production
  • Charcoal powder = detox your body from harmful substance or any chemical, so your stomach function properly when toxic is out of your body.
  • L glutamine = relieve refluxand maintain healthy digestive system

7) Change your breathing pattern

Breath slow, deep and smooth, relax the tension of your muscle, enjoy every single breath, and make sure you comfortable with your breathing.Try to inhale slowly from your nose, hold your breath for couple of second and exhale slowly through your mouth. Meditation will help you to improve your breathing pattern.

8) Lastly the most important is that to think positively

Think that this disease is curable. Always have the positive mind
setthat you will heal, so every cells of your body are fighting to heal your diseases. Only through believing these 7 steps and do the 7 steps, your body will eventually heal from acid reflux. After a month of doing these 7 steps, your body will vibrate better and it will start to feel decrease in symptom.

Three main factors that cause acid reflux:

  1. Weaken in your LES (Lower Esophagus Splinter)
  2. Low Stomach Acid
  3. Over production of StomachAcid.

Good diet menu for ccid reflux

Breakfast: Oat with pumpkin seeds, 1 spoon of Manuka honey, Sandwich that made from quinoa, amaranth or buckwheat. Handful of walnut. Carrot or veggie juices.
Lunch: Salad, veggie sandwich that made from quinoa, amaranth, or buckwheat. Brown rice / Quinoa with some salad. Handful of walnut.
Snack: Grapes or kiwi fruit.
Dinner: Brown rice / Sweet potatoeswith some salad, veggie smoothie of carrot or spinach, lettuce (not iceberg type). 2-4 Brazil Nuts.
