I need help to find natural remedys (food, vitamins, protein shakes. all natural diet NO meds) you guys eat for acid reflux, nausea, and bloating, and constipation. I put mine in, but I’m getting bored of it

Just track your symptoms after. I do okay with almond milk in small doses.
It takes about 6 months for gluten to leave your system and you have to check everything from vitamins, to drinks, to toothpaste for gluten.

It kills the flora in your intestines and the probiotics that help break down food and absorb nutrients. I suggest drinking a lot of water Workout Take probiotic pills And sleep so your head and back is elevated Also cut out coffee and replace that with tea.

DGL licorice, Slippery Elm 3 capsules dissolve in small amount of water before drinking slowly, ginger tea or chew ginger or open a ginger capsule mix with little water and drink slowly, aloe Vera water or gel, all this helped my inflamacion and reflux.
Juice celery, cucumber and carrots every night, about 2 hrs before bed, even during the day.
