What were your symptoms before?

Daniel Gonzalez
Basically chest pain and lower left abdominal pain by the spleen what the camera they found inflamed stomach on left area but to this point I lost 41 pounds and feel fantastic.

Aloe Vera juice, Probiotics, DGL and Digestive Enzymes have helped me a lot. I couldn't agree more about reflux drugs and they do only mask the problem. They don't cure it. I know what Amish stuff you're talking about, my dad takes their remedy for leg cramps and he swears by it. Happy healing!

Daniel Gonzalez
Yes Stephanie Parks acne leg cramp hair dandruff. Whitening teeth and itchy skin it does all aloe and coconut water gnc and water with ph9 help too.

What is the Amish trick?

Anna Violette
Maybe thats a placebo effect. Meaning if you think it will work it will??? I had a friend that did that and she ended up taking an ambulance ride to the hospital with an ulcer.

Stephanie Parks thanks for your post. can you explain when you consume each of the items you listed. Re priobiotics and digestive enzymes, I would have thought one would do one or the other. which brand/type do you use? and do you do the ACV? I am on PPI's and they help minimally so i want to try to go back to natural stuff, but want to und when/how to take it all. Thank YOU!.

Related Post: I have GERD and have been on PPI drugs for years.

Terry Burkins when/how do you take avc. diluted in water 1st thing in morning? any other times of day?

Stephanie Parks
Janet, firstly, I drink a shot glass of Aloe Vera juice first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and a good half hour or longer before breakfast. I take my digestive enzyme and probiotic right before I eat breakfast. Probiotics and digestive enzymes work cohesively together. The probiotic builds up the good, beneficial bacteria that your body needs to fight infections and boost your immunity as well as help aid with digestion. Digestive enzymes help to break that food down that you consume so that it passes through your digestive tract more easily and also helps the body hold on to the right key nutrients. They help to calm our system and keep it better balanced. I then take another probiotic in the afternoon. Then before dinner, I take another digestive enzyme. If needed, I'll do another shit glass of Aloe Vera Juice before bed. I can't do ACV due to the apples and the vinegar bothers me BIG time. Here's pics of all that I take, here's the Aloe Vera Juice.

Daniel, this is the one I was talking about (not talking about ACV) that is by an Amish company and is an Amish "cure." My Dad takes the one for leg cramps specifically. https://www.amazon.com/Caleb-Treeze-Organic-Stops-Reflux/dp/B00CZC2X3S.

Stephanie Parks
You gotta stick with what works for you. I just thought when you mentioned Amish, that you were talking about this company Caleb Treeze. Natural is the way to go. KISS - Keep It Simple Silly 😉 Like Hypocrites said "Let food be thy medicine." Thank you Daniel, have a good night as well.

It doesnt really matter what one believes in as long as it cures them.Having faith and hope are the key factors in healing.

I also use ACV and like it a lot.I use it for many different issues and its a life saver for me.
